The next step in our “Food Revolution”: The groundbreaking ceremony for the largest indoor fish farm in German-speaking Switzerland has taken place. We produce our perch and pike-perch in the Rafzerfeld in a unique and sustainable way.
We are breaking new ground and protecting our key resources. Thanks to the solar system on the roof, we will generate a large part of our own energy. Thanks to optimized processes, our water requirements are many times lower than in normal indoor fish farming, which is already extremely exemplary. We produce up to 700 tons of organic fertilizer, which is spread on the surrounding fields to replace conventional and industrial fertilizers.
With this system we are setting new standards in the food sector.

Soy is supposed to save us all, but here it is still 4 square meters and 2500 liters of water.
As #efficiencyworldchampions we only need one litre of water for fish and the area is only 0.025 square metres, which clearly shows how uniquely efficient our natural products are!
By minimizing delivery routes, we reduce our ecological footprint enormously and offer high-end proteins from the region. As a single company, we offer several types of fish at several locations. #brutalLokal
