Enjoyment when time is short
Creamy pasta with local fish mousse “Beat the Heat” 🌶️🐟
Fast. Spicy. Surprising.
Perfect when you want something uncomplicated – but still want more.
Ingredients (for 2 people)
- 250 g pasta (farfalle, penne or fusilli work great)
- 1 glass of Local Fish Mousse “Beat the Heat”
- approx. 2–4 tbsp pasta water
Optional:
- fresh chives or parsley
- Lemon zest
- black pepper
- olive oil
preparation

cook pasta
Cook pasta in well salted water until al dente.
👉 Reserve some pasta water before draining. -
Fold in the mousse
Return the noodles to the warm pot, turn off the stove.
Add Local Fish Mousse “Beat the Heat”. -
Make creamy
Gradually stir in pasta water until a nice, creamy sauce is formed. -

Top with herbs, lemon zest and freshly ground pepper, if desired.
If desired: a few drops of olive oil.

- For more spice: add a few chili flakes on top.
- For added freshness: Add lemon or a splash of white wine when stirring.
- For guests: garnish with toasted breadcrumbs or capers.
