Creamy pasta with local fish mousse “Beat the Heat” 🌶️🐟

Fast. Spicy. Surprising.
Perfect when you want something uncomplicated – but still want more.

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 250 g pasta (farfalle, penne or fusilli work great)
  • 1 glass of Local Fish Mousse “Beat the Heat”
  • approx. 2–4 tbsp pasta water

Optional:

  • fresh chives or parsley
  • Lemon zest
  • black pepper
  • olive oil

preparation

  1. cook pasta
    Cook pasta in well salted water until al dente.
    👉 Reserve some pasta water before draining.
  2. Fold in the mousse
    Return the noodles to the warm pot, turn off the stove.
    Add Local Fish Mousse “Beat the Heat”.
  3. Make creamy
    Gradually stir in pasta water until a nice, creamy sauce is formed.
  4. finish
    Top with herbs, lemon zest and freshly ground pepper, if desired.
    If desired: a few drops of olive oil.

Pro tip 🔥

  • For more spice: add a few chili flakes on top.
  • For added freshness: Add lemon or a splash of white wine when stirring.
  • For guests: garnish with toasted breadcrumbs or capers.
