After-Work Bowl by Local Fish

Ingredients (for 2 people):

  • 200g LocalFish Filet Bites (Airfryer Edition)
  • 1 medium-sized sweet potato
  • 1 small broccoli
  • A handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper
  • Optional: add some lemon juice or yogurt dip.

Here's how:

  1. Peel the sweet potato and cut it into small cubes.
    Mix with 1 tsp olive oil, salt & pepper.
    In the air fryer: 180 °C, 15 minutes (start before the rest)
  2. Divide the broccoli into florets , halve the cherry tomatoes.
    Add to the sweet potatoes after 7 minutes of cooking time.
  3. Place the filet bites in the air fryer for the last 8 minutes – directly from the refrigerator into the air fryer.
  4. Arrange everything together in a bowl or on a plate.
    If desired, add some fresh lemon juice or a yogurt and herb dip.

And just like that – your favorite healthy dish is served.

Sometimes you don't need much to treat yourself. A crisp salad, a creamy dressing, a few warm, crispy filet bites – and your feel-good meal is ready. Quick to prepare, balanced, and yet absolutely delicious.

Our Caesar-style salad with fish brings together everything you need after a long day: freshness, warmth, protein – and a little treat. 🐟💚

Ingredients (for 2 people):

  • 200g LocalFish Filet Bites (Airfryer Edition)
  • 1 small romaine lettuce (or baby spinach/arugula)
  • A handful of cherry tomatoes
  • Some freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1-2 slices of bread (for croutons)
  • Optional: 1 hard-boiled egg
  • Olive oil, salt & pepper

For quick dressing:

  • 2 tbsp yogurt or crème fraîche
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 small clove of garlic (pressed)
  • salt & black pepper

Preparation:

  1. Cook the filet bites in an air fryer at 200 °C for 8 minutes until golden brown.

  2. In the meantime:

  • Cut bread into small cubes, toast in an air fryer with a little olive oil until crispy (alternatively, a frying pan can be used).
  • Wash and spin-dry the lettuce.
  • Halve the tomatoes, slice the egg if desired.
  1. To make the dressing: Mix all ingredients together and season to taste.

  2. Mix everything in a large bowl: lettuce, tomatoes, croutons, egg and Parmesan cheese.
    Pour the dressing over the top and mix gently.

  3. Add filet bites on top – and your Caesar-style meal is ready.
