Our Way

The world population is growing and eating habits are changing. New niches are being created everywhere, but high-quality products are increasingly being lost. This is where we come in and help to make them available again in a sustainable and long-term way. In this way, we offer alternatives so that the end customer can has a choice. They should no longer have to rely solely on imports, but should also be able to enjoy local and sustainable products and thus also protect the environment.

Our Story

Our goal is to optimize the market and thereby address issues that are currently extremely difficult. A constant supply, scalable processes and the highest quality are part of our ingredients. We also use digitalization and automate the entire processes of the systems. Based on the entire data collection, we can also continue research and continuously optimize our production. Neither the fish in the tank nor we remain still - our thirst for knowledge constantly drives us and allows us to create new things.

Our goals

The customer should have a choice again and be able to decide for themselves what goes on their plate. They should also be rewarded in terms of taste and quality. Our goal is not only to operate a CO2-neutral production; we want to go beyond the boundaries and even use all by-products profitably. In this way, we achieve a unique sustainability (circular economy). The food trends of the next few years clearly show that the direction we have chosen covers 100% of customer needs. We want to give people a clear conscience when eating fish.

And the incredible look on the customers' faces when they enjoy our products is something we can never get enough of. A good thing with a good conscience.

Our motivation

Indoor aquaculture is still relatively unknown. Visitors and interested parties are either totally enthusiastic or simply confused/rather skeptical. This always leads to interesting conversations which always end positively. We consider this educational work to be necessary and are thus making our contribution to dispelling the myths surrounding indoor farming. The advantages of fresh, local fish are incredible compared to other foods. We provide the necessary transparency, and not just on the surface. We specifically show the differences compared to the market. We show where we start and why we are firmly convinced that our approach can make a major contribution. Or as we always say -> a local solution to a global problem.

By the way - we are already implementing what the world is demanding! We are one of the few food tech companies to achieve 8 goals of the UN Sustainability Charter

Our approach

We bring together what belongs together. The entire value chain (from farm to fork approach) is in our hands. From production to processing and marketing, everything is under one roof. Our indoor recirculation systems enable us to play a pioneering role in sustainable fish farming. With our modular approach, we can also produce different fish in the region, always with a strong ecological footprint that does not harm nature. This means we can always adapt to the current market situation.

Our Vision

We want to provide the population with a food supply that is not only transparent on the surface, but discloses everything. We want to show people how healthy, sustainable and easy fish is and we want to help people bring fish to the Swiss plate with special products, ingredients and service.

But that's not enough for us. Our dream is to always go further and to implement the new needs of today's society in innovative products and services. The time is ripe for the fish ovation.
