preparation

Fill fish with herbs of your choice and lemon slices

On the grill: drizzle with olive oil (not too much, a few drops are enough), grill both sides directly on the grill for 6 minutes at 200 degrees

In the oven: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (top and bottom heat, fan), drizzle the fish with olive oil and leave in the middle of the oven for 12 minutes

Pan: Add 75ml oil to the pan, fry on level 7/10 for 6min each on both sides
